	Facilities of MITM :

	Conference Hall: The Institute has separate halls for all the departements for carrying out the needs of the campus. The Conference halls have been designed specially to seminars, meeting and programmes for career development and college interaction

	Sports Facility: In tune with the objectives of all round development of the students, Various indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available with in the campus.

	Canteen: State of the art canteen is available for students and staff to revitalize energy. Special attention is paid to maintain hygienic condition as healthy mind can only reside in healthy body.

	Pedagogy

	Teaching methods include-lectures, case-studies, seminars, group discussions, business games, role plays, structured and unstructured group work and field visits. Consistent with advancement in teaching technologies, the programme integrates the use of computers in learning of the basic principle of different functional areas of management.Students also undertake several field-based project so that they have better insights into the business realities of the workplace.
